You need a pediatric regulator for ozone generators. Most ozone treatments require very low flow rates. The highest you would use would be 1/2 LPM (like for a steam sauna). Most treaments will use something like 1/4 LPM or less. The ozone production for home units drops off significantly after 1/4 LPM. You won't need any other regulator.

Trying to get a medical oxygen tank filled is difficult. I was unable even with a valid prescription from my MD. Seems like a lot of the gas shops will only fill tanks for medical providers and not individuals. It was easier to just get a welding O2 tank. The oxygen source is the same so it doesn't really matter. I have no problems getting the welding O2 tank filled when I need to.
