try total diet change to raw foods only-especially sprouts of grain, buckwheat, legumes and also soaked seeds. Read the Sprouting book and the Hippocrates Diet by Ann Wigmore. Check out the Hippocrates Health Institute in Florida. Check their website. If you can afford to go there for the Life Change program go. THey have amazing results healing people from all types of sicknesses and teach you everything about the raw food diet and how to sprout and detoxify. Also raw milk, eggs, meat is good, read Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon or check out Weston Price Foundation website.
