I was alternative day water fasting, suddenly on friday night i got really bad acid reflux, lasted all night got no sleep, woke up at 8, it started again, was my sisters wedding so i tried to keep strong and just got on with it, the reflux didnt stop, i felt so ill all day and i hate to think how bad my breath was even after mouthwash and toothpaste! anyways, got home still with all the acid reflux going on, no amount of food, or antacids helped nor did mil, had 1 litre of cocnut water and instantly it stopped, and i carried on drinking the water the next day and it has completly stopped it! Coconut water is truly amazing!!!!!
