have you tried getting sun on your skin in 10 minute intervals a few times daily? what about organ meats like liver? a high tibc can mean many thing like high fluoride intake, birth control pills, or other disease states, including iron deficiency - not detectable using regular tests. i take ip6 to clean the blood of free iron. some claim that removing oxidized and/or free iron made them feel much better.
