Wow, thank you for that resource. There's a wealth of info on there. One of the hardest things about an anti candida campaign to me though is having to hear all this contradicting information. I'm glad I love sardines though. Been eating tons of them. Most of my greens intake has been raw though. Definitely gonna have to step up my cooked veg. I am relieved to see that animal protein in great for yang because I don't think I could do this diet without plenty of those. I had a delicious ribeye for dinner tonight
