Hello

I have been back since end of of November and been on the therapy for 5 months now.

my weight has stabilized finally at around 170 pounds after losing 35 pounds in a few months. i eat like a pig but i get hungry very fast as these foods digest so well. Despite having supplements to help with digestion i get lots and lots of gas but thats about the only setback from the food. yeah it took time to get used to and certainly not only two weeks like Charlotte mentioned in the book.

Bloodwork looks fine according to doctor. i just need to keep going.
