Hi Rick,

Coconuts contain Lauric acid, which is anti-fungal, antibacterial and antimicrobial, but this is mostly contained within the oil of the coconut meat as far as I am aware...

My guess is that you have stopped feeding the yeast and that is why you are experiencing a die off reaction.

I've copied your message across to the candida support and coconut oil forums in case anyone there has additional input.
