Hi Again, I was reading some of your posts and came across this one..The anxiety can be coming from the low aldosterone (causes low sodium). I know with me I could be ok one day with the sodium level and then it can drop the next day. I am on fludrocortisone at the present time because I can not hold on to the sodium right now . I was doing good for a few weeks with out the med, but then it started to drop again so back on. And I was just recently reading a thing about cortisol blood test it may not be accurate, reason being you can be driving over to get tested and you could almost be in an accident and that could raise your cortisol or even like you said the pain from getting the needle.
