this morning I feel a lot better, feel more hydrated as my body must have found water supplies while I slept and I seem to have lost quite a bit of fat. Had a nice long wee this morning.

yesterday my right kidney was aching, then it eased and the left one started aching, made me wonder if it repairs one at a time, but not sure about that.

both my hips have been aching/burning and that is still going on but getting less, a lot of repairing to do.

mentally I feel excellent, the clarity just gets better and better.

I love it
