I think the original recipe was just turnips,cabbage, parsley and spinach and some spices and water. I didn't measure amounts I just eyeballed it. Here is where I found the recipe.. franlife.blogspot.com.
That's a shame you can't eat sunchokes they are delicious and I heard they are grat for candida.The soup was very powerful and healing though it did give me some gas. Also this soup gave me relief from constipation. For sure 2 bowels and very strong bm's. I have a friend who is healing herself with soups and she inspired me. I just got an enamel soup pot!
