I feel like I have been lying about me having adrenal fatigue and having suffered from it for so long. Ever since I started Coffee Enema, I feel almost normal. There are still good days and bad days (of course) yet I am more than happy with the result of coffee enema. I am glad I have been stubbern enough not to take hydrocortisone..
