this has to do with Epsom Salts so i decided to post in this section becasue it is a product that we all use on this page- i was sooo constipated after eating eggs and some pigs feet soup for dinner the night before yesterday, i became really really constipated yesterday and so i decided to take some metamucil with some soup.
i thought i could wait it out and then be rid of it with the fiber..it made it even worse and unbarable..i have no more Oxypowder so i decided to take a dose of Epsom Salts three hours or so after the doseage of metamucil..after that i became soo bloated and stuffed up even more!It felt like the fiber from metamucil was like a acting like a sponge soaking up all the water ES was drawing in and i became sooo bloated! god it hurt soo badly, i had to take an advil just to feel better,it kept me up til 8:30 am! i finally got to sleep and i felt alot better in the afternoon,though all day i later in the evening i had the runs for a bit and some cramps after dinner..i really need some more Oxypowder , i learned my lesson..one or the other, not both..EVER.
