For me personally, I couldn't have continued with the unflavoured one. If it were runny like fish oil I could down it okay but it's thick- you could turn the spoon over and it wouldn't fall off. The unflavoured stuff made me feel like I was going to gag. I don't have the same problem at all with the cinnamon one- it's also like a treat- the cinnamon is very strong.
