High glycemic fruits and brown rice cakes dont work for some people on the candida diet.  Everyone can be different depending on what "Flora" has been altered. Raw fruits that have rough skins (Plums, apples) etc on them might not be a good option for people with impaired digestive system. People have to find out what works best for them because of their individual flora makeup.
