Inner-eco=brand coconut water+kefir cultures (no sugar) 1 carb per serving .....put 1 tablespoon in with 8 oz syringe bottle ..Hold it in my intestines with my  legs in the air for about 10 min..moving it from side to side so it goes throughout the colon. Die-off about 30 min later

Die-off is similiar to taking anti-fungals...Not the drunk feeling but the typical die-off feeling---like your gettin the flu and you feel edgy ..Get no bloating when i do it. So i know its not fermenting. The drink is somewhat carbonated..so im sure that pisses the candida off too. I havent noticed an increase in bile,but ill check that next time i do one. I know that coffee enemas create a boat load of bile i noticed that with my colonic. The day after doing a caffeine free coffee enema the colonic tube lit up like a factory with the bile going through.
