much of it is documented here, but finding it all is quite a different story.

i think i have taken about a kilogram of Iodine since i started. think thats a world record? wonder what the doctors would say to that, except that i was lying? lol shucks, one experiment alone i did 5 grams a day for ten days. i can declare that no one should ever do that again.
