I'm interested in how you do the water kefir enemas. Could you post your protocol. I assume it's a retention enema, but what volume, how long do you hold it, where did you order the crystals etc?

And what is the nature of the die-off that you experience?

Any other benefits? Does it affect the bile ducts at all?
