Its 53 months now since I first supplemented with iodine. In that time I've probably ingested at least 200 grams of it.

Contrary to the wishes and alleged warnings of whiners, cry babies, and ignoramuses on the internet, I have not died, my dick hasn't fallen off or shrunk, and I don't require dialysis. I don't have a doctor, nor have I seen any in this time period, except for a surgeon 3 weeks ago who did a closed reduction on a Colles fracture that is fusing at a rapid rate "for a fellow my age", as my doc mentioned Tuesday last.

Being on the bottom's not so bad, I get to just lay there - woooohoooo. LOL
