Neutralize is a sign that it work. It works really good as well, but its no OneShotWonder. I got a balloon-syringe(red rubber thing) and fill it with CS and wash the urethra. Body temperated CS filled slowly into the bladder several times and massaging the urethra while keeping pressure in it. The pressure in the urethra feeds the CS into the mucous membrane (remember the Gonorrhea infection is in the tissue not only on the surface). By drinking and washing the attack is from both flanks so I also drank a glass of CS before bedtime every day and within the week it was gone. I tried reinfecting myself several times to make sure it works and it does. The trick is reaching the infectious area and taking enough CS to cope with the amount of infection. From having a penis in serious pain, im in full control of it now. A quick Wash after having sex with someone would also do the trick as a prevention. Hope this helps others
