I'm on day Five of a Coconut Water Fast (I know it's not a real fast). :)

Anyway, I've been fighting Candida for a while. I've done a couple Coconut Oil Fasts/Flushes. Not sure what you'd call it. You take two tablespoons of coconut oil every two hours while awake. I did that for two days and I flushed out lots of stringy white stuff that looked like Candida. This was at the end of a ten day juice fast and doing Oxypowder and salt water flushes.

So I'm on this coconut Water Fast and I'm wondering if the water has any of the good stuff like Caprylic Acid that kills Candida? The reason I ask is because I've got the same type of fungus looking stuff coming out of me now with only coconut water.

Once I get off this fast (I'm going to stay on it until this stuff stops coming out of me) I'm going to start taking four to six tablespoons of Coconut Oil every day.
