wow! that's really gorgeous and inspiring as well! I was writing a book before my symptoms became so extreme.. I've barely been able to write anything in the last 5 months because of the paralyzing fear I've been feeling pretty consistently now but I got some acupuncture done yesterday and afterwards I started getting ideas about writing. I felt like I was gaining lil bits of myself back. I realized I was laughing too.. and it wasn't nervous laughter, it was genuine.

are you continuing with the almond butter, apples and carrots in your diet now that you've made the connection that they may be giving your body just enough sugar?

anyways, keep on going Jboy! you're doing great and an inspiration to us all!
