Coconut kefir enemas give me the best die-off. Taking it by stomach was not as effective. Find acid resistant strains for taking it by mouth. Super shield was a good probiotic by mouth. Noticed a little die-off from that. Renew life-pretty good. Probiotics are a waste of money until you eradicate most of the candida. Most candida experts will tell you this. "You must pull the weeds until you plant the garden"!
