Hi everyone! I just wanted to say there is hope. You would never guess I have this disease. My secrets- rain and dirt. Yes, I only let distilled water (similar to rain) touch my face. And I clean my face with rhassoul clay (dirt.) I use high quality mineral makeup that comes off easily. I steam my face, and this gives me moisture. That's it! Nothing else touches my face. I get complimented all the time on my rosacea skin (which I think is funny.)
However, I really didn't like my large pores. I have been on the raw food diet for for 9 weeks. And I have experienced two surprising benefits to my skin. First, I am darker, not so pastey white. And second, my pores have shrunk.
It just shows, chemicals don't belong on the skin. And diet is everything to benefit your skin.
