Hi. I want to try this before going to bed. Do you have to do an enema immediately after 2-3 hours, or do can you do it in the morning after 6-8 hours sleep? If little or no stones come out how can one be sure the stones are dissolved? Also, by doing this method how long will it take to be completely stone free if stones may not be seen? Or will I still have to do Dr. Clark's flush? Sorry for asking so much but I'm really curious about trying this method. Thanks. If you like you can email me info about this.
