I started last week to go to the spa and use their Far Infra Red Sauna, they also have the hydrofusion. They say its a great way to detoxify your body. Have any of you guys used either of them?? I think it takes quite a few sessions to see a difference, if any. I am looking forward to the hydrofusion cause that uses steam, mist, jets, far infra Red heat and suppose to do more deep detoxification.. I am not thinking this will heal me but its nice to have half an hour away from home and if it does help it would be a bonus...
