For fighting yeast trouble it's especially important to strictly follow the anti-candida diet. You need a good yeast killer to take in addition to the probiotics. I don't know what's available in Egypt though. I like ex virgin coconut oil.

Do you live in Cairo? I wonder if pollution might be making your trouble worse.

(I also frequently suggest that people consider possible underlying causes of yeast trouble, including heavy metals, like mercury from silver fillings, though there are other types and sources of heavy metals. Your symptoms are very similar to ones I've had in the past, and chelating has helped me tremendously).
