I can't believe you said it feels like your on drugs. I have been saying that all the time. I don't have the brain fog all the time but when i do, its usually the same time I feel like my eyes don't work properly. Its a sense of being on some type of drug, I see trails (sometimes) my eyes can't focus right. I can't think, I feel like I am walking in a foggy dream (one way I try to explain it) Its a weird feeling. Scary feeling sometime, trying to concentrate on anything is nearly impossible, I have even hard time concentrating on a movie or show on those days. Hope you feel better soon.
