I don't use drugs, so this is not the cause of the extreme paper thin skin on my arms. I've been told by doctors it's due to my laying out in the sun for hours at a time, which I did very often when I was younger.

Does anyone what I can use to put on my arms to make the skin thicker. It tears easy, bruises easy, bleeds easily. There must be something I can use to reverse this.

I wear long sleeves tops. Help!!! If anyone has a solution, please email me. I'm desperate.
