I did this 3000 mg dose and had mucous and strange material like perhaps the worms had "let go" of whatever was inside them - then 3 days later or maybe 4 days later I got one whole worm. It was about 5 inches long! Just give it a little time. I have done 3 of these mega doses, 5 days apart. I still hadn't gotten rid of them totally so I just got Albenza from my doc, but he only gave me one stupid dose so I may go back to CO-Q10 dosing again. Sigh!
