I totally agree with you, I actually eat very healthy despite my indulgences in the past. I havent succumb to them in a while. I juice about 10 cups a day with 6 tbspn or more superfood. only eat brown rice. my only indulgence is chicken in small ammounts.


but i cant start my Colon Cleanse full force until i get a good handle on this benzo situation which after a couple more cuts, an knowing what the cuts feel like, i'll start the if2.

I have no intentions of giving up, this is my life. I do enjoy it now, i still live fairly normal except my brain is foggy an no memory. but i can function.

once i'm off benzos everything will be so much easier!
