I truly hate to hear any of my fellow chiros are having trouble. I have been there for sure. For ten years I suffered in a practice that was going nowhere. It didn't matter what I did. One thing that made a big difference was that I moved towns. I went from a town of 12,000 to a town of 190,000. That was important. Then I learned a lot about marketing. Nobody will come through the door if nobody knows about you! Then, I made prices competitive and tried to make sure I have a smile on my face all day. Even when I don't feel like smiling.

I think it's important to never try to see how many times you can get patients through your office. I don't know a single person in the world that likes to be taken advantage of. I do my best to be fair in all aspects and, most importantly, respectful.

I don't have it all figured out and my practice is by no means on auto pilot for the rest of my career as of right now but I'm making a living. I'm finally making a good living.
