I used 1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan Salt to 1/2 cup warm water followed by 2 glasses of plain water on an empty stomach.

I used this method twice a day for about four days and got relief. Afterwards I used Sole once a day and added a pinch of salt to each glass or bottle of drinking water.
