Hello Jova,

what I call mini-flush is in fact just a modification of one of the Liver Flush recipes called "Liver & Gallbladder Flush - 7day program" which you can find here on Curezone. I found that program to be a little to strong for the liver, so I take a little less oil (1,5 tablespoons) and at least two days apart.

The idea with the "mini-flushes" is to increase the flow of bile in order to push forward the older bigger stones, and to dissolve them gradually. Since the stones are made of bile, bile is an excellent dissolver. It's important though not to overstrain the liver. Since everyone is different you have to find out how much oil you can take and how often you can do it. Even if the "7day - Program" says different I would suggest to let the liver rest a couple of days before the "big" flush.

Yes, it's the same thing as when you get no stones out in a regular flush. That is why every flush is a step in the right direction. But it is also a sign that it might be a god idea to wait a little longer between the flushes. If the stones are much to big to get out there is no point in flushing until they have become smaller. Try to use some of the dissolvers like GCG or Cancha Piedra. But as I mentioned before, the mini-flushes have similar effect, and they are much more gentle to the liver than the regular flush. But they are not powerful enough to push the stones out of the liver.

About the colonic versus enema I have no answer, but I know many others have.

Good luck with the flushes!

Håkon
