There is never guilt, there is only a choice. Things can go downhill in 3 years' time. I feel very sad to see others not get well.

No, this isn't a painful procedure cleaning out your liver or colon. It's necessary, if you want your health back. It can be a long procedure, but what are you willing to do to regain your health? I'm very sorry you are not well now.
