I doubt the hair loss is related to your health issue , such a thing may be natural at your age.

I take a magnesium oil, put it in a spray bottle and spray that on my body a couple times a day.This is because i was allergic to most oral supplements.The magnesium helps alot with my anxiety issues and it also helps out the liver because the magnesium is needed for detoxification.

If you pump your body full of supplements your body is allergic to then your AF will worsen , i'm still on just the two supplements and my body is improving but it is a slow process.
