Hi Yoann,

Have you been to your GP and explained about the liver? I realise most don't like adrenal fatigue but they get "my liver may be bad". Or get tested for other issues that adrenal fatigue may or may not be a part of?

Also, one thing I didn't see in the mix was just taking time off. Did you do that -- perhaps supported by supplements to force your body to shift gears?

I have adrenal fatigue but I'm a lot better than I was. I'm "normal" or close to it.
