Thank you so much for all of your help Hveragerthi.

I may eventually try the Pau D' Arco. For now I really need to be able to string a few days together (in a row) that I can feel good again.

I seem to be feeling ok with the quercetin and the bee pollen, though I only have capsules of bee pollen and I've only taken one a day yesterday and today.

I do appreciate you sharing your knowledge with me. You're a life saver!
