There is a great book that you can find her on curezone called Eat to Live by Joel Fuhrman. I liked this book because there is so much information about nutrition and it is easy to understand. I reccomend you read it. I don't want to spoil the ending for you but he does claim that a vegan diet is the most healthy diet. What I came away from is that the more vegetables(greens) the better. Vegetables heal. Eat vegetables. Read this book.
