Thanks everyone for the advice.

My problem is that I'm so ill now that I can't eat any carbohydrates period. Not even a gram of carbs. I can barely eat any protein for that matter. No more than 10 grams per meal. The rest has to be fat, or serious consequences result.

If I eat more than that I get severe pain in the area of the pancreas, I have trouble speaking, I get severe hypoglycemia 2-3 hours later and my intestines hurt.

I can't even eat lettuce, which is disturbing.

I had a cortisol level test done that confirms all 4 times were low and the conclusions on the results form were that I was in stage 2 of adrenal fatigue and progressing on to stage 3.

I tried taking a vitamin k supplement based on Natto a while ago and I began expelling yeast through my skin, literally. Yeast began oozing out the back of my head. But my hypoglycemia got so severe I had to quit taking it.

Probiotics normalized me enough to make it through most nights without food, but before I would have to wake up and eat all the time. Then in the morning I would be so hypoglycemic I thought I was going to die.

I feel dead. I can't even remember being vital and healthy like I was 10 years ago. I feel like I'm just decaying alive.
