I would recommend fat transfer into your breast. The technology is so advanced now that it is permanent. You would need a consultation. Tell the doctor you are not necessarily looking for bigger breasts but want to fill out the wrinkles due to weight loss. That way the doctor will understand that you are not trying to recreate your previous size of F breasts, which would probably not be possible with fat transfer.

I had implants removed that made me sick and some day I wish to have reconstructive surgery to put back a little of what I lost via fat transfer.
