Also, an update, I am still fighting a tiny patch of pimples but most of it is completely gone and the stuff on my face has not returned at all. I rub the dust into my chest and back before bed, and it feels very nice on my skin, you just need to have white sheets, like i said since it's dusty, but I really have seen a vast difference and am so happy to not be rubbing chemicals into my skin everyday and spending money on overpriced prescriptions, trying to get dr's to refill them yadda yadda, trying to get rid of the zits that torture me so. Ayurvedic oil and dust, so much better!
