Thanks for the advice, it is nice to hear back form the original poster of this regimen.
I have been using 100% pure everything. Besides water because it is not always available. I think this regimen may just be too harsh for my face. May work great for the body however which is not really my concern.
My dermatitis is still super inflammed and now flaking after stopping the treatment for a day. I'm debating going back on the regimen using the 100ml idea of a baking soda, coconut oil, vitamin e oil mixture. however my biggest concern is the spreading of this disease after using baking soda and coconut oil. It has spread to my lower chin and seemed to have multiplied everywhere else on my face which is awful. It is as if the dermatitis was eating the coconut oil and loving it.
I'm also considering stopping taking fish oil which i have been for a couple years. I don't know if it is contributing to excess oil or helping prevent it.
I dunno :(.....
