Hello curezone world! I have been following for a few months now and finally decided to join and see what I could get from everyone. Please don't worry I will take only what my body can take and research all. I was diagnosed last year with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Sjogrens, plus 30-40 cyst found on my left kidney that they have now ruled not to be PKD(I'm 25). They did however find that my glutamine chromosome is defected..which I figured to just be associated with my RA. I am currently not taking any form of medication because I refuse too and am trying all natural remedies before resorting to that. Yes I have bad days, my left side tends to feel it much worse causing my left hand to not want to move. But for the most part I stay pretty healthy. So without losing your interest(please email me I am open to talk and discover if you want more info)..
1) RA sufferers what vitamins are you taking daily and at what MG? I know this will differ for my body but this will help me a lot because I feel like I am not getting what I need.
2) What herbs are you taking? What herbs should I try?
3) Any recommendations for exercises? natural treatments?
4)What about the dryness issue with my sjogrens? Any natural herb I can be taking to help slow that? I don't want my teeth to rot!
5) Due to depression(marriage and health) I have severe bumps on chin...I am not sure if this is caused from my disease or Depression but if any of you out there have this from your diseases? it seems like the bumps started right after diagnosis? (by bumps i mean zits that i can pop and are apparent)
I leave with all of this and pray that many of you reach out and help me..no matter what you feel I am open to all. Please feel free to email me as much as you need. Even if you are as well a sufferer. Oh and i suffer from severe acid reflux! I'm sorry I just keep remembering things I am forgetting.
