I feel similar like you do. Beeing a good cook and knowing losts of receipes I would say in principle we are encouraged to prepare nothing else than a home made mayonaise (hopefully spelled correctly I am german).
I have done 20 LD's plus have tried alternative cleanses using castor oil and charcoal. Both work fine and do not confine you to your house over a long time.

I think this is a fake.
