did you get any dieoff?

I've been having a light headache on and off and some moderate stomach pain. Nothing serious enough to keep me from finishing my daily tasks.

And when you say it's working in what way do you mean?

I was told by my doctor that all the white stuff in my stool there is yeast. Also, I've noticed a lift in brain fog, some more energy and a stomach that is way less bloated.
