You're so welcome sweet lady! Because of your suggestion to make a vision board I now have a beautiful garden, which I feel is instrumental in my healing.

I'm going to go back to taking a break from posting here. I love you all and want so badly to share whatever I learn but I'm not fully recovered and it's not worth the stress of having a debate here.
