Hi all, i'm dealing with intestinal candida. It definitely has caused me to crave sweets, and since i dont allow myself any Sugar (just meat, nuts and vegetables) i end up feeling less satiated, i continue to eat and become stuffed. I'm always hungry yet my digestion is very poor (distention,burping).

What do you think of using hoodia to ease the food cravings so i can feel more satiated with smaller meals and give my gut a rest. I'm not sure of the safety of such an herb.
