I've been flushing for over a year, and had gotten alot of stones out. I was troubled by this "lump" in the center of my abdomen for several months, and it felt sort of like a hernia and was painful but I don't do doctors so I figured it would resolve or I'd die of it, lol. I flushed last week after a month-long P &B cleanse, and the only thing I did differently is that I've become addicted to this natural salad dressing that is made with white balsamic vinegar. I've been consuming alot of this dressing, about a bottle a week. Another thing is I've been drinking detox tea every morning. Well anyways, this flush was scary...HUGE calcified stones of all sorts, each one over a centimeter and there were, oh, about 30-40 of them. There were 1 or 2 that were an inch long. Well guess what? The lump is gone completely, it disappeared the next day with the stones and I can only think that it was my gallbladder? I thought I'd flushed all my stones out already, but apparently not! I also drank ALOT of olive oil this time, probably about 6 ounces. But I think it was the balsamic vinegar that made them able to flush out. Any thoughts as to why?
