I've been on a strict diet (no gluten/dairy) now for about 8 months due to candida totally taking over me mentally and physically. I have a big history of Antibiotics as a kid and missed almost a whole month of school because of dormant mono when I was 8 yrs old (i'm 21 now). I also had constant ear infections/flu's. (yay, more Antibiotics !)
Anyway, I just wanted to let you guys know that I'm making great progress with my Water Kefir and anyone struggling with thrush and candida symptoms should look into making some home-made kefir!
