...I have this notion that we do ourselves good by thinking of positive possibilities, especially the ones we truly believe are possible...instead of the zillions of negative outcomes that could afflict us.

This morning, I awakened remembering the bookwork I did (for years) when I co-owned a business. In my dream I was back remembering details I accomplished, annually, which led me out the door of my store at 5 a.m., in time to see a summer sunrise.

I retired long ago, and didn't expect to see or feel that way again, particularly after a stroke nearly two years back. But it's still there.

I could do it once more, if necessary.

The toxins inside wouldn't prevent me functioning as I used to.

And heaven knows I haven't finished detoxing yet.



Sometimes I feel that even using the names of positive substances, like Humaworm, or Manuka honey...or 'infinity', creates those things, here and now.
